We offer early bird pricing for both members and non-members. Two or more individuals from the same company can also get $200 off registration. (applies to FSTA members only).

5What is FSTA’s Conference Registration Cancellation Policy?
The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Refunds will only be granted if requested via email to and in accordance with the following: (1) On or before 2 weeks prior to the conference start date [Tuesday, January 8, 2019], the registration fee will be refunded less a 25% cancellation fee. (2) Within 2 weeks of the conference start date [Wednesday, January 9, 2019], there will be no refunds. Up until the first day of the conference [Tuesday, January 22, 2019], the participant may transfer their registration to someone else, without penalty.
6How do I participate in the conference expert league draft?
For both the Winter and Summer Expert League Draft, the players must be a part of a current dues paying member company as well as a registered conference attendee. League participation is also by invite only, and current league players get an invite to participate again the following year. Unless someone drops out, we don’t have open spots. 7How do I become a conference speaker or presenter?
The FSTA accepts proposals from the industry for panels and keynote speakers to present during our conferences and webinars throughout the year. To be considered for a speaking opportunity complete our speaker proposal form at
8Are special event tickets refundable?
Special event tickets are non-refundable.
9How is my contact information shared or kept private?
Sharing contact information is valuable to stimulate and create networking and attendee engagement, but only on your terms. To facilitate this, we’ve added the following two questions on the registration for you to choose how your information is shared. (1) New Permission to Share Contact Information: Can we share your contact information [name, title, company, email, and mailing address] with the conference sponsors and partners? (2) New Permission to be Listed on Attendee List: Would you like your name and company (no contact info) to be listed in the attendee list available for all conference participants during the meeting?
