5What is FSTA’s Conference Registration Cancellation Policy?
If FSTA cancels an event you are registered for, we’ll apply your registration fee to a future event, unless you request a refund in writing. FSTA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your registration, whether the event was attended, postponed, or cancelled. If you must cancel, you’ll need to tell us why in writing. You may send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you notify us at least 60 days prior to the event, you’ll be refunded, minus a $100.00 processing fee. If you cancel less than 60 days prior you will not be refunded, but you may transfer your registration (for the same event) to someone else, without penalty. We are unable to transfer funds for future event registration. No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events.
6What is FSTA’s Conference Sponsorship Cancellation Policy?
If FSTA cancels an event you are registered for, we’ll apply your sponsorship dollars to the next FSTA event, unless you request a refund in writing. FSTA is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you as a result of your sponsorship, whether the event is attended, postponed or cancelled. If you must cancel, you will need to submit the request in writing to email@example.com. You are responsible for letting FSTA know 90 days prior to the event. If you meet this deadline you will be refunded 50% of your sponsorship dollars. If you cancel 30 days prior to the event, you will not be refunded, but you may transfer half your sponsorship value to the next FSTA conference.
7How do I participate in the conference expert league draft?
For both the Winter and Summer Expert League Draft, the players must be a part of a current dues paying member company as well as a registered conference attendee. League participation is also by invite only, and current league players get an invite to participate again the following year. Unless someone drops out, we don’t have open spots. If you would be interested in a spot if one becomes available for the Winter or Summer league, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
8How do I become a conference speaker or presenter?
The FSTA accepts proposals from the industry for panels and keynote speakers to present during our conferences and webinars throughout the year. To be considered for a speaking opportunity complete our speaker proposal form at http://fstaconference.com/speaker-proposal/
9Are special event tickets refundable?
Special event tickets are non-refundable.
1How do FSTA memberships work?
FSTA memberships are company memberships. Each employee within a company that has a membership has access to FSTA Membership Benefits.
2 How much does membership cost?
Company membership is $500 annually with an additional one-time $250 administrative fee for the first year. PLEASE NOTE: If for whatever reason you’d like to cancel your membership before your yearly cycle is up, then we will refund your dues minus the administrative fee and minus the non-member fee of any products you ordered from the Resource Center.
3How do I reset my username and/or password?
Go to the member login page and click on ‘Click here to reset your password.’ If you do not have your username, then still click on ‘Click here to reset your password’ and then enter your email that we have on file. Enter in the validation code. Click on Reset Password.
4How do I obtain my own login under my company’s membership?
You can set up a sub-account with your own login under your company’s membership. Either contact your company’s master account administrator for access to set this up. If you are the master account administrator, then once you are logged in to your account and on your Manage Profile page, click on Sub-Accounts, enter your employees’ email addresses that you would like to give FSTA website access to. Click Send Invite. An email will be sent to the designated employees, in which they will be able to click a link that will walk them through setting up their own login and profile within the company’s account.
5How do I obtain an FSTA member badge to post on my website?
You will need to login to FSTA’s website. All members will find the badge on FSTA’s website under Resources/FSTA Member Badge.
6 I would like to renew my membership, but my membership has been overdue for a few months now, what should I do?
Login to renew your membership. Please note when renewing your membership, dues are good for one year. When renewing your membership you will still remain on the same yearly membership cycle.
